Lead Product Designer with 12+ years taking products from zero to launch across B2B and B2C SaaS and mobile. I build the design infrastructure, run the research, ship the product, and leave teams more capable than I found them.

I work at the intersection of product strategy, engineering, and design, bringing systems-level thinking to products that need to scale without breaking. I influence product decisions upstream and care deeply about accessibility as a quality standard, not a checklist.

Currently building AI-assisted design workflows using Claude Code, Figma MCP, Jira MCP, FullStory MCP and other AI tools.

Outside of work you'll usually find me planning my next family trip, reading a novel, or deciding which series to binge next.

Questions I get asked.

Owning the practice, not just the output. That means setting the research process, defining the design system, aligning with engineering before the sprint starts, and leaving the team more capable than I found it. I have been doing that type of work for years.

Both. My career spans industrial IoT, email marketing SaaS, marketplace, and consumer mobile. The domain matters less to me than the complexity of the problem and the quality of the collaboration.

As a quality standard, not a checklist. I run WCAG audits, validate at the token layer, and review keyboard navigation and as much of the implementation code as I can before requesting fixes. The goal is always that compliance is built in before anything ships, not reviewed after.

Early and often. I mostly work with frontend engineers during handoff, through implementation, and for VQA. Getting into conversations before a sprint starts saves more time than any other habit I have built.

A mix of tools depending on the task. Claude for design review, gap analysis, and copy feedback. Figma MCP and Jira MCP to connect design files directly to ticket writing. Different models for different tasks. Not every tool is best at everything.

Lead product design roles where I can own the practice from start to finish, not just execute on a brief. I work best in teams that want to build things that last.

Fully remote is my strong preference. I would consider relocation or hybrid positions depending on the role, team and location.

Probably planning my next family trip, deep in a novel, or adding yet another series to my watchlist. Fluent in English and Spanish, which comes in handy more often than you would expect in cross-functional work.
