Lead Product Designer with 12+ years of experience driving product outcomes in B2B SaaS through research-informed, systems-level design. I work at the intersection of product, engineering, and design strategy, translating complex requirements into coherent experiences that scale.

My background in design systems architecture and WCAG/ADA/EAA accessibility adds depth to how I approach product quality, team alignment, and global launches. Currently expanding into AI-assisted design workflows and tooling integration.

Outside of work you will find me planning my next trip, deep in a novel, or adding yet another series to my queue.

Mentorship & Leadership

Mentorship and collaboration are core to how I lead.

I’ve guided early- and mid-level designers through 1:1 sessions focused on systems thinking, product strategy, and career growth.

  • 🧩 Authored a design systems article to help teams scale consistent design decisions and collaboration.

  • 🧠 Facilitated internal Design Thinking workshops for cross-functional new hire onboarding, empowering employees from all departments to solve problems creatively and learn how UX Designers work.

  • πŸ› οΈ Facilitated a live workshop on Design Systems and Interactive Components at a 2022 Hacker House event β€” an energizing, hands-on session with great feedback.

What people say about me

Jessi is an incredibly talented designer. I had the pleasure of working with her as her manager as we developed a product from 0-1. She conducted user interviews, designed a wireframe and prototype and tested the prototype. She has a great skill for organizing a lot of information in a way that is minimalistic, aesthetically pleasing and intuitive to users who may not be very tech savvy. She is very organized and self-motivated, but she also works well across teams. She picked up on the concepts of our marketing platform very quickly and she worked well with engineers, marketing professionals and client services/sales personnel. Jessi is one in a million, I would absolutely consider myself lucky to work with her again in the future.
